Prime Renovations Ltd. provides residential and commercial renovation and construction services in the Edmonton, Alberta area, including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, flooring, interior and exterior renovations, and tenant-improvement work. The scope of any specific project is defined in a written quote or agreement.

2. Quotes & Estimates

We provide free consultations and written quotes. A quote is based on the information available at the time and the scope described. Changes to scope, unforeseen site conditions, or client-requested revisions may affect the price and schedule. Any changes will be discussed and confirmed with you before they are carried out.

3. Scheduling & Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including material availability, permits, weather and site conditions. We will keep you informed of any material changes to the schedule.

4. Payment

Payment terms, including any deposits and progress payments, are set out in your quote or agreement. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. Specific pricing and payment schedules are not published on this website and are confirmed in writing for each project.

5. Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. The terms, duration and coverage of any warranty are set out in your project agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials and fixtures are provided by the respective manufacturers.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Disclose known site conditions that may affect the work
• Obtain any approvals required from third parties (for example, condominium boards or landlords) where applicable
